Terms & Conditions Children’s Policy The restaurant only accepts children who are 7 years or older. We reserve the right to refuse the booking if there are children in the group who are under 7 years and that include babies. Parking Sharma offers 2-hours free parking at the Portomaso Car Park. Please present your entry ticket when paying your bill so that you will be given another exit ticket. You may park on Level -5 and we have a direct entrance from the parking. Late arrival If you have a booking and show up more than 30 minutes late than your booking time, the booking will be automatically cancelled. We recommend that you call if you know you are going to be late. Payment Method The restaurant only accepts card payments and does not accept any cash. If it is a BOV Card, please ensure that it is supported by Visa or Mastercard. Offers The restaurant does offers from time to time. Please note that you can only use one offer at a time and not in conjunction with any other offer. Buffet / A’ La Carte As the restaurant offers Buffet on Fridays and Saturday evening, the entire group at a table must have either buffet or A’ La Carte. Guests at a table are not allowed to have a mix of both. Buffet Offer The offer of €15 per person is applicable from 6.00pm up to 9.00pm. To avail yourself of the offer, the bill has to be paid before 9.00pm and the table freed. After 9.00pm the price charges will be automatically €25 per person. Children will also pay €15 before 9.00pm however after 9.00pm the price will remain the same. Guests at Table All guests seated must be paying guests. Guests not consuming any food and drinks will not be seated.
